It was a lively scene today inside of the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the weigh-in took place for tomorrow night’s HBO pay per view show.
Weighing in ahead of the show’s co-feature bout, former lightweight champion Brandon Rios surprised many by coming in two pounds over the limit as he came in at 137 pounds. Rios’ opponent, Richard Abril, weighed in at 137 pounds and he will still have a chance to win the WBA belt tomorrow night.
